I’ve been selling real estate on the North Shore of Long Island for nearly 50 years, and I’ve experienced it all! I’ve seen changes in interior-design trends, and communities have grown as developers bought land to accommodate growth & demand. And prices! Prices have certainly grown over this time. One constant, however, that I’ve seen in the real estate business is homebuyers always start their search with a list of “must-haves.”

Living on the North Shore of Long Island provides easy access to a tremendous variety of highly rated and wildly popular restaurants. As a realtor with Richard B. Arnold Real Estate in Sea Cliff, I always reference the great restaurants we enjoy on the North Shore.

Having a boat on the North Shore of Long Island is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Over the last 30 years, I’ve spent countless hours in my driveway washing my boat and preparing it for an afternoon on the Long Island Sound with my wife and family.
